Hi - i have been running adwords for months and my campaigns all stopped in the middle of the week for no apparant reason. I have plenty of money in my adwords account. i have logged my third support call with google and have not had a response. in desperation I have tried asking for help on an adwords forum and I can see that this happened to quite a few others and being totally ignored by google support seems to be a standard mode of operation for google. the amount of frustration amongst these google customers is unbelievable and i can understand why. can anyone here offer advice on how i can get someone from google to tell me what's going on ? (btw - i have a personal view that ebay are goners. they are stuffed. the reason for this is that so many of their customers absolutely hate them because they feel like they are treated with contempt. you can't keep doing that - it catches up with you. i hope google isn't going the same way)
Have you checked to make sure that all payments went down on schedule? I've had mine denied because I forgot to pay a bill. Other than that you could be being investigated by Google. If you did not recieve any formal notice I would raise a storm man. Keep calling and leave your phone on hold if you have to, go do something till you get on the line. Its the only way to get things you want now.
this problem is not only faced by you dear... adwords is realy down at this time.. But Have Patience it will took 5-7 days to get back on track. If you want to run your ads, you may purchase dummy accounts which are the most beneficial method to run the ads these days..
hi - can you please elaborate on this. what do you mean ? btw - i have plenty of funds in my account. i have now logged three support calls with google and received one totally useless email telling me that it appears that my ads have stopped (no kidding !) and telling me to check some links that i already found whilst waiting for them. the adwords support forum is littered with adwords customers who are in the same position as me or have created new campaigns that haven't started after weeks of waiting. the common thread amongst all of them is that they are totally ignored by adwords support even after waiting for weeks. these are customers trying to give google their money and nobody there could even be bothered responding to them. what's wrong these people ?
