I have way too many ads.. that's why my clicks are worth so much less right? Back when you could have adsense on googlepages I had just one in-content ad per page.. and I made $1.30 per click sometimes.. now i'm getting like 5 cents because like you said it won't be worth much because it's the 9th bidder eh. Yea.. thank you when i created the site I was thinking more ads is better.. but now the more and more I learn it seems like i never get clicks on the sidebar lol and that was my whole reason for wanting a tri-pane page.. Guess i'll get a better template since thats the biggest complaint about my website lol and then i can work in some better ad placement thanks. Hm.. I was thinking about making a loan review site or something close.. affiliate site.. would this be a bad idea?
it is very normal mate , dont worry ! you are just at the start point of google ads , profit will come to you soonly , try to drive more traffics daily
N.P. Mysticwonton Only two posts ATM because I am too busy! But I am discovering the forums are very useful for learning. I am not sure about loans I have not had much experience in that area. It does sound like a competitice area, but there is also probably high demand too. Is there a certain type of loan you could specialise in? E.g. busniess loans to franchisees? You can experiment just by adding a test page and seeing what ads are selected by Google. Remember that it rates the title page and h1 and h2 tages quite heavily in determining what ads to show, but the genernal text is important too. Then look on the adwords tool to see how much it estimates the CPC is for the bidders. This will give you a rough way to compare different keywords.

It's like writing a short story or small book.. that you get to keep editing and editing and sharing with people. It's fun. I have been trying to drive traffic and build links and stuff and answered lots of yahoo answers. So far seems like i'm getting 150-ish page views a day? hmm Aw too busy lol what are your sites? Well that's a big problem for me.. I don't really have much experience in any area.. and no interests that would be profitable.. yea there is a lot of competition in loans.. I was thinking student and personal loans review site lol Great commission, great adsense pay, high demand.. but high competition
not to disrespect you but first impression is important. your site looked need a bit of work up. too many ads for too little content. to put it shortly, your site screams: I'M ADS PLEASE CLICK ME! I hope you get what I'm saying. good luck for all your endeavor bro
Believe it or not you will need alot more than 323 page impressions if you want to make any money with Adsense. Some need tens of thousands of impressions to make any real money with it.
lol I'm doing horrible Less than 800 page impressions total.. yep.. guess I don't have enough content yet to get more page impressions.
I visited your website and your site looks like an MFA (made for ads) site. Try to make it look more elegant by placing ads at relevant places only and not filling each and every space with ads. Visitors don't come to click on ads, they come looking for content and they click on ads when they find something interesting but it looks like you want your every visitor to click on ads whether he wants it or not. This is not a great strategy as far I see this, so try ads on important places only and provide more content in your website.
You should add more content also your site is over saturated with ads try to keep adsense only in relevent places .
Thank you for your comments guys I am looking for a new template and I am going to completely change the websites look to make it look better and easier on the eyes so maybe people will actually read it lol. or maybe I'll switch to word press.. and have lots less ads.
i don't think there is anything wrong with the placement or content. am sure this guy just wants to get more page impressions through our visits
