Why hasn't Moneybookers verified my yet?

I have verified my address etc. But to be able to make a deposit into Moneybookers i need to verify my credit card and bank account. The problem i am having is, when i want to verify my bank account they say they will deposit a small amount but they never do?

Should i verify my credit card before bank or something or shouldn't it matter?

I think you should wait 2~3 days to check your account

 

Thanks for the replies.. however the last time i tried to verify my bank no payment went into my bank for me to verify it and i waited weeks. I did send MB an email but got no reply.. can anyone please send me an email to contact them on that they've got through to before?

Just contact them via E-mail support which they have got.

 

bank account will be autometically verified when you withdraw money into your bank account. no need to deposit. my bank account veriried like this.
