Your placement isnt good... You have those 3 standard banners in the posts which stand out and are repetitive going down. Try placing some in the sidebar, the link units work good aswell. Try ad different placements everyother day until you find something what works..

For 200 uniques, I get 12-16 clicks on average. I got that by testing alot different placements, colors, etc.

You place it on the wrong way, but what I want to suggest you is to get more traffics. And do not always keep your eyes on how much did you get.

Are you using Adsense? I can see ads but there is no "Ads by Goooogle" link.
And your placement is still not imprressive. I would suggest you to change your theme.

Your ad placement is fine. Just keep in mind two very important points:

    1. BIGGER IS BETTER i.e. try bigger rectangle with large font size.

    2. OPTIMIZE EVERY PAGE FOR BEST KEYWORDS: yes it works, traffic from other search engines like yahoo, ask, bing etc. counts 'meta tags' and 'descriptions' for results, that way you will get more 'Targeted Traffic'. The formula is same MORE TRAGETED TRAFFIC = MORE CLICKS = MORE MONEY

Try these 2 tips and ....ENJOY :)

    hey dude,

i think ad by google is covered by the top layer of the header. is it a accidental one or a trink ;)

though i dont see the any ad other than one rectangle in the top. try having the adsense which should mingle in the page.

200 page views or 200 people? If you have 200 different people then you have something wrong.

You ads are not matched with website theme and color. Use similar color and theme to get clicks on ads.

placement is bad, not enough ads, and as mentioned by others, big boxes are better, and save background as website is good advice too.
