According to the Financial Times Global MBA Ranking 2009, Harvard is ranked No. 3 in thw world, behind the other 2 global business schools: Wharton School and London Business School, LBS.

Harvard moved down the ranking in 2009 for its world top leading MBA programs. Do you believe LBS is now the BEST leading business shool in the World?

It's like all these "academic measurements", the Norrington table and all the others one hears about: it's basically a qualitative (and not even entirely objective) issue that people try to resolve quantitatively. Opinions will differ. It inevitably varies according to the relative weightings given to the various different factors that get fed into the "scoring-up process". There simply isn't a realistic "yes or no" answer to what you're asking. All three that you've mentioned are clearly among the world's best business schools, and graduating with an MBA from any of them dramatically increases one's employability and prospective earnings - this much, at least, is pretty reliable.

The whole point of ranking should not be to compare one school to another just on the basis of final rank. Understand the various parameters revealed in the ranking survey and use these as a starting point to come up with your own ranking methodology. These are just guidelines. How can a ranking survey take into consideration your preferences?
