i see. well... uh, can we delete those words from this forum so it wont show in google? haha! thanks! oh, and if the site serves more of an "online brochure" purpose intended for those we have told and not really to attract new customers, do you think SEO is really necessary. i've done some thinking, and i dont think that we will generate a sale from someone who found our website in a search engine. more likely, if they hear about it from family or friends, and need some more info, they can look at the site.....
SEO is also about people being able to find your site. A huge proportion of people use search engines instead of typing into the address bar of the browser. If your site doesn't come up then they might decide to not bother trying again. The most searched for term on Yahoo is google. Google is even one of the most searched for terms on google.
Why did you post ur topic then? Not sure on the figure but I think its 80% of the nets traffic is driven by Search Engines.. regardless your aim its a big part.
because i was shocked that it had vanished from google. having it on google was like a plus, but im not sure if we're gonna allocate resources for SEO.
