People always talk about writing quality unique contents etc etc I write my own article every day and traffic keeps going down and down compared to months before. Whatever I wrote last time, I used to rank very well, not everything was like dropped into some rankings

Every search algoritm needs to be updated now and then to keep it up-to-date. Things change every now and then. Even at Google :)

Google’s Panda Update is a filter introduced in February 2011 meant to stop sites with poor quality content from working their way into Google’s top search results. Panda is updated from time-to-time. When this happens, sites previously hit may escape, if they’ve made the right changes. Panda may also catch sites that escaped before. A refresh also means “false positives” might get released.

You can say again about social bookmarking. Everybody is getting links from there, and google had enough of them. So, instead of getting links, try to build constant quality content, and get constant high PR bl, from high authority sites.

Google constantly updates their algo to close loopholes. If they find one, they just make an update to avoid it being used.

I think google is killing SEO slowly trying in the same time to keep sites with good content , i think it's great for internet users and searchers but it's very bad news for internet marketers ,however internet marketing will never die internet marketers will keep trying to find their way to the google search engine and they will make it ...
