2. Your impressions increased a lot
3. Your revenue increased a lot
4. Your clicks increased a lot
5. Because of no reason

You want to make money with adsense, really we can not know exactly be banned! What I think here is please read the TOS of google, do not cheat, google TOS update, Website quality, Content quality, Content for the user (for example: tips, recommendations, how to do, steps to follow...not only information, but also.) Traffic quality, Click Ads quality.

These all are very common thing, and most of the Adsense users know these things

 

Another good practice is to review your ads and keep the ads in the pages that are generating more earnings and leave or remove the ads on pages or sites that have poor content or aren't generating money. That way you can focus on your big earnings with quality content and leave the low quality content aside.
