Hi, why google search engine result page is not indexed by google?. Is google search engine result pages are not search engine friendly?
Hi hooperman, I am talking about the queried result from google. Why queried result page is not indexed by google
They can't, but normally links would point to those pages somewhere, so they should be indexed. If they're not, it is certainly some kind of filter, which is logical, because otherwise PageRank would be assigned to those pages, so you would end up getting Google queried result pages as first results in Google
Google simply does not index its own pages - it's too intelligent for that. Other search engines don't index it either, because of Google's robots.txt - as you can see from the snippet below, search engines are restricted from crawling the search results: User-agent: * Allow: /searchhistory/ Disallow: /news?output=xhtml& Allow: /news?output=xhtml Disallow: /search Disallow: /groups Disallow: /images ... Code (markup): Cryo.
well it will be problem for you first you will go to google seach then click on google search page indexed then that page might take you to other search result page and that might take to another so thats why they are not indexed
