    Hello,
I was shocked yesterday night as my daily visitors count was reduced extensively. I checked on google for my links and I found that google has removed my links . I dont know why this happened. I was already going through very difficult phase.

What should I do now? 80% of my traffic used to come from google everyday. Can I do something now to get back those links on google.
Please help me out to resolve my problem.

you can check my website through the signature or its URL is : onlineearningjobs.com

Your site was not deindexed, it was probably penalized.

I am thinking your site has been hit by Google panda. Maybe you were building too much links within a short period of time and maybe your site contains low quality contents and links.

    No it was actually penalized.

    You've to consider following practices.

    - Empty your site.
    - Verify in web master tools.
    - Submit for re-consideration.

-- Google will take time to review and index it again, then you can put your site content back. Also make sure it meets web master guide lines.

    Kind Regards

It may be due to some content which you may have copy/pasted in your web.

If its not then too it surely due to some thing in your web, so follow the steps mentioned by no69_2007.

Yes, your website is penalized by Google, as everyone is saying.
Actually there are two types of penalty and you can't file reconsideration request every time.

If you have done something bad on your website like spammy backlinks using unethical methods or scrapped content, there are chances that your competitor has filed a spam report against your website. In this case you can file reconsideration request.

On the other hand, if you have over optimized your website then you are slapped with algorithmic penalty... You cannot file reconsideration in such case, but this penalty will be revoked after some time. Just clean your website and Google will revoke penalty in next crawling.
