Get more and more back links, create a Google xml site map and submit it to Google. Make sure you update the site map when ever you add new contents to the site. Find whether it works.

Building quality backlinks is the easiest way to get google to index your website.

Make sure it's not being blocked in any way by your robots.txt...

beyond that, sometimes it just takes forever. I have a self-hosted wordpress site going over 1 month and it's still not indexed. It has a google compliant XML sitemap, backlinks from many sources, the whole 9 yards...

100% disagree, obviously there is a problem that goes beyond backlinks.
Join up for Google's webmaster tools, submit a site map and robot txt and if they are accepted and download by Google on a regular basis and you aren't indexed there is more to it.

Domain A, I reg'd it in December. Still not indexed although I have plenty of back links, the site map is being downloaded by Google with no errors and the robot txt is error free.

Domain B, reg'd it last week. Indexed with three back links and the site map and robot txt are being read by Google.

Back links don't mean dick to getting indexed, only to getting good postion once you get listed.

    Something else is up

The domain is probably banned. Huge chance, check the domain name's history.
