You must have done some spam work, that's why Google has put down your website in sandbox. Check your website carefully, title, content .

    Google uses some sandbox concept.

So try submitting some articles or post in blogs or some directory submission to get some external links this will help reduct sandbox duration.

google takes its time with those things, but that isnt really important tho
I cant think of one good reason why you would want your site to be cached in googles DB
    other than for backup purposes

Is you site indexed, but just no cached? If it is indexed but not cached, then Google is at least crawling and indexing your site. If it is not cached then make sure you do not have a no cache meta tag on your pages.

    Possible you have duplicate content?
    Missing meta tags maybe?
    Unvalidated HTML?
    Insufficient pages or content?

Try article submissions and social bookmarking. Once google indexes your link on other websites it is likely to list your website as well.

Also make use of blogspot.com, I've seen good results with it.
