why google not accept html sitemap ?

    does anyone tell me why google not accep my html sitemap ? have i must creat xml sitemap ? Thanks for help !

    You can not submita HTML sitemap in Google Webmaster Tools. (You need XML or one of the other supported formats)

    Google do not accept any html site map because every tool have their language like people in different different country have different-2 language, similar to that every tool of google has different code, so that for site map you need to use XML code for google sitemap Tool.
