Just concentrate on link building. Google will crawl your website. Its just a matter of minutes for Google.

Was 18 sept the first time it crawled your homepage?
Do you have links to your site? the more links in, the more Googlebot will naturally come across it.
Do your internal pages link back to your homepage - ideally vi a text link

google leave your home page not to be crawled since google loves updates, and on your sense, every post can be consider as a fresh and new to search engine. Google loves to crawl it.

My advice here is to make an updates to your home page, or place all your article on it so it can consider to be active site.

If your website is new then it will take long time to crawl because your website has not more backlink, you should make more backlink from relevant website, blogs, forum I hope you get fast crawling rate.

Just wait, and it will crawl your site. I have more than one sites and always it takes time and later everything is crawled. At the beginning it takes longer time, but later you will have to wait just a little. For example, I yesterday published one site to my existing domain and it is in Google today. But before I had to wait a long time before other sites where indexed, so I do not think that you have a problem. That what you could do is build backlinks that simply would make this process faster!

    You may try the following:-

    1. Submission of you website to online directories.

    2. Social Bookmarking of you site.

    3. Building outbound links and getting inbound links through link exchange.

Also note is to be made that u have good content in your website.

i am sure google wont leave your site alone. Just try out.

Google does not crawl all your pages on the same day usually...its normal for them to crawl different pages on different days.dont fret..As long as your page is cached and it has not dropped page rank to grey you are ok...

Look on the bright side, some people can't even get indexed by google. Sep 18th isn't bad, you gotta be patient if your site is relevantly new. At the mean time get backlinks, update content if you have a blog, and your site will get crawled more often over time.

Updating with original content and BL is the only thing you can do to get SE spider to comeback.
