Why google is not banning sites with illegal downloads

    I've seen many sites providing download links(rapidshare/megaupload) for premium wordpress / joomla / VB themes/templates/styles .

    Also , they not only provide themes but also .. nulled scripts

    Above all , they have google adsense running on thier site ..

    Is it not against google adsense's terms and conditions ..

    If you find a site like those you describe then it is up to you to report them to Google.

    The problem these days is that people will whine and winge about situations like this but dont have the guts to take action and put in a report.

    My advice STOP whining and DO something about it.

    If you report them to Google they will be removed

    Yes exactly, when someone reports them, google will look into it and thus TOS their account

    Google any ban a site when they get report, and get report from some big fish like chilleffect something
