why Google is dropping my indexed pages?

Recently I got hacked by someone...and the hacker injected malware script into the website's index.php files...I have removed all the threats and checked my code several times for any other trojan....

Now google has dropped my index.php file....During the past week google dropped 20 pages of my website which were indexed before... What should I do to avoid deindexing of my site.....

 

It happens.Do not worry.Submit fresh xml sitmap and get good pr relevant back links.
