Why google image use page title as image title ?

    Hi,

    Their is a reason why google would use page title instead of img alt or href title to index image in google image?

    I have a wallpaper website showing 30 pic / page and google use page title 75% of time as image title in google but use image alt for description. The other 25% is correct as it use the alt or title for both title and description.
