I never run any proxy site.

But i heard that google doesn't allow adsense to be install on proxy site, certain web hosting sites do not allow webmaster to run proxy site.

    May i know why?

it takes up a huge lot of bandwith and probably doens't give much to the advertiser cause think bout it the only keyword for it is proxy lol

I would feel that proxy is just a gateway, often misused by tricksters trying to bluff their identity and also there is no real content for a proxy. Can't blame Google as a search engine for not liking it.

Hosts hate proxies because of the resources they use, nothing to do with Google ;)

It's allowed on homepage, not on proxfied pages. Google doesn't really hate proxy sites - It generates lots of invalid clicks and like wisdomtool said, no content, no information about what people would be browsing (adult, illegal, etc). Advertisers aren't going to pay for something like that.

Most shared webhosts don't allow proxy because they're resource hog. You can easily get a VPS or dedicated server for it. And that's what is recommended.

Is it possible for proxy to copy the site content, and store in a hidden value for google to crawl?

Because the advertisers don't like them. That means Google gets less money.
