Why Google had not been cached my Website and blog ( from 10 days ) yet ? Should I mean that there is a problem from my website & blog nor from the Google ?
Could any one answer to my query ?

Give it some more time, 10 days for some might be so long but it is also too early for others.

It dies take time...did you submit your sitemap to the Google Webmaster Tools section? I added a site there yesterday and already have 2 pages indexed.

On your site's GWT account, you can change up a little bit the crawling rate for your site, this somehow helped our site's indexing, especially the inner pages. Just don't change the rate too high, little up is enough.

How do you know your site has not been cached yet? What is your way of checking it?
