why google don't index the links in my post?

Many of my posts in the blogs have been indexed by google, however, it seem that google don't index the links in the posts. I can't find the links in the google webmaster tools and other backlinks check tools. what is the problem?
and what tools do you always use to check the backlinks? are they accurate ?

Google index and count or links (unless they are nofollow) but displays only some of them.

Sorry, do you mean posts in your blogs (then I'm clueless what are the links referred to)? or are those comments?

Try out using yahoo site explorer to track the sites that link to yours.

They have never shown all the links. They do it to stop you reverse engineering whats going on. The Yahoo explorer shows more of them, like another guy said.

Are you sure of this? I noticed the links for my site seemed the 'better' quality ones but not necessarily the best. I am unsure this is totally true.

Google unlike Yahoo does not show all of the backlinks it finds across the internet, even if you take a look at the Webmaster Tools section, you will not find the 100% of the links.
