    if in your robots.txt stands something like
    Disallow:
    or
    Disallow:/
    without anything else like... Disallow:/category

    then you need to remove this because you blocked googlebot from crawling your site with this command

    If its a wordpress, go in to privacy, make sure you are allowing search engines to see your site.

    Hello

    If you have only 650 links in Google its mean you do not have enough back links. but to increase the indexing for your website you have to update your blog with a unique content in daily basis, sure your blog is indexed by a S.E. After doing all the activities you can also try to submitting your URL into all Google data center.
