Hi, I just have bad experienced with Google. Here is my story 1. Launched new blog with original content in nich keyword 2. Were ranked very well in that search term 3. Got many clicks on adsense 4. After 3 days, got de-indexed 5. Come back after 1 week passed. 6. Got ranked again 7. Got clicks again. 8. After 3 days, got some kind of penalized, page still indexed but cannot find my page top 500 even in "allintitle" and "allinanchor" search operator - My blog has been built with fresh, unique and original content. No Scrape No duplicated - I never used any kind of blackhat/spam/redirect/cloaking/link farm - Never place image next to the ads, never blend ads, just outstanding. I feel bad when I think some google guys just visited my site that ranked very well and they said "hey, this site ranked very well even it's new and they have adsense, let's penalized them. They shouldn't ranked in the first page, I hate when new site comes to ranked good and earn money from adsense." I think like that because I have another one site that ranked #1 in Google but got a little visitors, that site also has adsense too. never been penalized I think this is unfair for me. Why new site cannot ranked well if they can provide good contents or something people like? What do you think?
If you have just launched your blog you may find that its been 'sandboxed'. This is quite common for a new site to rank high and then get totally dropped. Its now a waiting game. Work on backlinks ...
Google just pushed out either a new data refresh or an algo change, and there doesn't appear to be much rhyme or reason to the changes (yet). There is a chance that your site got caught in that. I would wait until things calm down before trying to diagnose it or change anything. Just sit tight and focus on Yahoo for a little bit. You might come back all on your own. You're not alone. Your blog must be new. A very important factor for the ranking factors in Google is time. The age of your web site influences your rankings as well as the age of the web sites that link to your web site. In addition, Google checks since when other web sites link to your site and how your inbound links grow over time, etc. So while you're waiting, as Darren said -- work on your backlinks.
This is because you have a new site. This is normal. Google is not picking on you. It happens to all new sites. Give it some time, and while you wait, build some good backlinks. By the time April rolls around, you'll be surprised.
Seems like somthing is up with the Google data centers, as my site (almost a year old though lol) was #3 for Radeon R600 for three days, then nowhere to been seen for a week, then #8 for 3 days, and now #5. I think your site will get good rankings soon.
I've an almost 1 year old site that ranks top 10 in it's niche for a couple of months now. It dropped to #58 early this week for no reason - competition hasn't increased.
Just give it a bit of time, perhaps 3/4 days and see what happens. Sometimes things get back to normal pretty quuickly.
