Hi, Google not banned any site. People thinking my site banned but his site is not banned just his website ranked is down.
Google banned site for many reasons one of it is cloaking means search engine see one thing and visitors see other thing,duplicate content of site,hidden text or links,keyword spam.

IF you are doing SEO and for the purpose of back linking sending comments only on high PR blogs than Google will find that some one is trying to get up position. So u will be banned.

really i never thought that google banned sites because of cope content.Jutt that is quite useful information you share.And i think Spamming is the biggest reason for banning sites.
if you are doing spamming then Google will Ban You form in his search results and you will get bad credit for your website.

it hapens when u worked against the rules. .such as putting duplicate contents,coping it from other site,using adult links etc.. .
