why fluoroscopy is illegal words in the ads ?

I'm lorraine xu , from perlong medical, medical manufacturer in china , and we have produced c arm x ray machine, so we also call it fluoroscopy machine, then when I add it into google adwords, google tell me that the word"fluoroscopy " is illegal words , why ,
what do you think so ?

 

Its a instrument name used in Medical field. i don't think its a illegal word. i think there must be something wrong .

 

but you know , in google adwords, it is illegal, we had to modifyit for hours
