Why floating gadget not re-size in different monitors?

    I added floating social sharing gadget to my blog, but some DigitalPoint Forum members told me that your floating gadget annoying, it covered articles etc.

    But if i visit my blog, using my desktop computer, then i can't see that kind of issue. I use 2 floating gadget both of them occur this kind of issue. So why is that.
    (Currently i removed that gadget)

    I have ViewSonic 17 inch Widescreen LCD monitor. Its Resolution 1440*900
