Why few pages of my site are not crawled

    Hi
I am worried on one major issue. I have over 53 pages on my website. All are well linked. Though few of my website pages are not crawled by Google.
Why it is so? I have checked the XHTML validation and that is well validated.
Any one knows what is the reason.
FYI... My home page is crawled at fast rate, almost every week.

Wait for some time if you've already done sitemap.xml

and try your best to do below steps after that spiders will welcome to all your pages.

    1. First Use Fresh and Quality content
    2. Do Submissions in Social Book marking
    3. submit your site in some quality classified sites.
    4. get the Forum lists of related category and start the forum posting
    5. link building with related category
    6. Blog posting with quality content
7 write the Articles and post in high ranking Article directories

Sure, you will get the best reults if you Can do proper steps.

    Best of Luck

Need to know if sitemap.xml is submitted to google once, and there is no change in page names or structure, neither a page is removed or added , then after do we need to resubmit?

Though there is change in content of the website pages. do i still need to resubmit sitemap again?

When I submitted my site map my rankings jumped and every single one of my pages were finally indexed. I recommend that you do the same.

Are the links in java? Try using a link checker and make sure there are no broken links.

See my page http://www.sharmainfoway.com/hire_resorces.html, can u tell me why this is not being crawled.
If you check the cache, it wont show in google cache. IF I check yahoo cache, it shows very old copy.
Is there any reason why this page is not being crawled?
