    Hey all,

I thought I would share a post with you on my blog that you might be interested in looking into, especially if you're an article marketer who uses EzineArticles to promote CB products.

I currently have set a goal for myself to write 500 articles by the end of Feb, and I found something interesting while doing this.

I'm sure a lot of you have heard of Buzzle, but while checking my web stats, I stumbled upon a gem of information, and you'll see why I'm definitely going to start using Buzzle as much as possible.

    Here is my post:

    http://thedailydoseblog.com/2009/01/12/a-quick-tip-on-why-ezinearticles-isnt-the-best/

This should help all of you article or "bum" marketers out there :)

buzzle is an excellent site, I saw that without even using it, it's just hard to get accepted there.

If you have a blog, you should try your hardest to get a buzzle account and use article marketing techniques to get there.

But with buzzle you don't get to use a resource box to send traffic back to your site do you?

I also submit some of my articles on buzzle. No doubt buzzle articles get good ranking in google as well as MSN but they approve only 3 articles at a time.

I'm not quite sure I understand how to use buzzle as I don't know what their policy on linking to other sites is. I also really hate their site's layout.

Buzzle is good for rankings, but for some reason they sometimes delete even the articles, which were previously accepted.

Also another problem, is that you can have only 2 articles in the review status at the same time....So it kinda takes too long to get many articles approved.

You just include your resource box within your article, as you can only have one external link.

And yea, it does suck that you can only have two articles being reviewed before submitting any more, but did you guys read my blog post? I've got 3 articles in one niche on Buzzle that bring me just as much (if not more by now) traffic than my 19 articles on Ezine that are in the same niche and just as keyword targeted as the Buzzle articles.

This is why I don't bother with them anymore - EZA is alot faster. Buzzle do seem to rank well for some niches though.

Sounds like a strategy of "both" instead of either or is in order.

Buzzle doesn't allow you to include an author bio. So it will not be much useful. Moreover the article written for Buzzle should be exclusive to it. No duplication.

I'll experiment with this and see how it works. I think I tried it once a long time ago but I don't remember what happened.

Right - I use a combination of both, but I'm just finding out that Buzzle is extremely effective.

You're half-right about the bio, because it doesn't have a separate resource box there. You can actually write up your own "resource box" at the end of the article in the article body and include one external link.

And yes, you have to write unique content there, but who cares? It takes me 10-15 minutes (if that) to drum up a 250-350 word article, complete with keyword targeted title and effective written call to action after the article. It's well worth it, trust me.

I'll display some more stats in my blog once I get trucking with it.

Not only that, but I've also noticed with certain niches I'm taking top rankings all over MSN and getting a TON of organic search traffic from there. Looks like I'll be experimenting with that, because there are way too many people who are concerned about Google. You'll learn sooner or later that Google isn't the only widely used search engine out there.

What kind of rules do they have about what you can link to with your one link? And how picky are they about article content (ie: are they strongly against "promotional" content?)

Well, for many of those who use Squidoo or Hubpages, I've noticed that they don't typically accept these types of links, but accept your domains without any issues.

I don't think they are against promotional content. I mean, if it's overly promotional, even places like Ezine will turn it down, so as long as you don't overdo it you're fine. In fact, I actually submitted two articles the other day (both approved already) and they were in regards to a product launch, basically "product reviews". No issues at all there.

Buzzle is good but the problem is number of submissions. They don`t accept more than 3 articles at once.

If you want to submit articles in volume (and many do) then EzineArticles is by far and away the best article directory to submit to, providing you've got a top level domain that you can include in your author bio. Buzzle's max submission policy is a bottleneck if you are doing some serious volume.

I've got a Buzzle account now and I do think it's probably worth using. So far I've just got one article up and it wasn't very keyword targeted. I'm going to try a more keyword targeted title and see what Buzzle can do for me.
