I want to try regular posting only on High PR forum sites for Brandon Brice. But I found every Forum doesn't allow Do-Follow backlinks? Is there any other way to get do-follow backlinks from them.
I had a link to one of my sites from eHow.com. One of their writers used my site as a source of information for one of their little articles and they put a "nofollow" on the link to my site. The purpose of linking and using linking as a ranking factor was that it was a "vote" for content. Then stupid Google came along with their "nofollow" and every webmaster began putting "nofollow" on every link--even their own outgoing links--because they did not want to dilute their own PR (or so goes the theory) for fear of losing their own rank in Google. So it was Google which pioneered that use of links as "votes" and then they came along and destroyed it.
Any time a website/forum owner doesn't trust a link it's supposed to be no-follow. So they're just following good SEO practice.
Quite a few forums still have do follow links. If you post a link the right way, then they like it, otherwise, you get banned. I'd say off the top of my head, there are at least 100 major forums which are do-follow. They do help SEO, but not as much as in the past. As a rule of thumb, you want to first eliminate spam bots (They cause the most trouble), by setting user registration to "Question and Answer". At least, that works for phpBB.
This is the reason why popular forum sites provides only no follow links to the site's members and this is to avoid spamming as well as manipulation of rankings.
If it is a relevant niche site, it doesn't matter if it is dofollow or nofollow. If it is nofollow but relevant to your niche, then it is still a good link. If it is dofollow but irrelevant to your niche, how much does it make sense compared to the former?
If you are a spammer, then you do not give a rats ass about dofollow or nofollow. a spammer is looking for traffic. he is not looking for best seo practices, and if you let them, then they will spam up the forum with links, simply because they are either a spammer, or they are newbies that are still not educated about link building, and still continue to submit links to any site that will have them, and they do not care if they dilute the sites authority, their only goal is to get links posted when possible.
