I have noticed that many website with same content in good SERP at good possible. Eg. Articles website - Why Google not penalize Press releases are available in PR related website as well as in Original website - Why google penalize any of them ? Google Sometime rank duplicate website high as compare to original. Any suggestions friend ... ?
There's no duplicate content penalty when the content is on multiple websites (though there is one when the duplicate content is on the same site). Google will eventually realize there's duplication and will choose one to show. I think they use manual review or user response to detect duplicate content.
