Why DP`s Pr Is Not Updating ?

    i had a big doubt that why dp`s pr is not updating/increasing ?
    it has huge and very powerful back links and content is also very unique :)
    Then also i haven't seen any pr update :confused:
    why so ?
    is Google ignoring dp?

    dont think pr7 is bad.....also all major forums have around pr4-5...
