Can any moderator or senior member tell me why DP is not signing up for Premium Adsense Account?

Really? I would have thought you had more than enough page view per months.
What sort of numbers do they need?

What could be the problem with forums if they meet minimum requirement?

I don't really know, but casale, fastclick, etc. don't like forums very much, that's where why I brought it up.

I think it's just a matter of traffic with G. don't think they mind if it's from a forum. How much traffic does the forum generate?

Mostly under 1k rank in Alexa is considered reliable. But if website at 385 position cannot sign up for premium account then it means maximum 384 websites could have premium account till today.
