Why dose forbidden message come for some web sites?

    While accessing some web sites, there comes 'forbidden' message. When I open 'statcounter.com' at my office pc is opens easily but when try to open from my home pc I get following message (both pc's have windows xp):
    What should I do to get access it from my home pc?

    I think you might have been banned somehow....


    You obtain a 403 message when you are banned, perhaps they have banned an IP range and you were part of it?

    Try from a web based proxy, see if you can acess it from under a proxy.
