Why don't you try specialization?

    Instead of the moderating the whole site, why not assign each mod to a forum? this would probably improve the mods efficiency and make it much more easier for them. :eek:

    It is easier to be objective and to have no personal agenda when you have no vested interest in the area in which you are working.

    There also aren't nearly enough of us to go around, and it would be harder for us to deal with "problem child" types who cause issues across various sections - for example, someone might look innocent enough posting something in one area, and we only find out they're spamming the board with duplicate posts, pitches, and hijacks when we look across sections. Because we're volunteers, we also don't necessarily keep regular schedules here, so it helps to have the others picking things up when one of us is gone.
