Why don't try your experiments on Free Top Level Domains?

I have seen many people registering a new domain name and trying for something and after a few days they realize they have got a mistake. And as a result they loose some money and their precious time too.
My question is why these people are not trying their experiments on a Free Top Level Domain.

In my opinion these people should obtain a Free Top Level Domain and Free hosting Or just point this Free domain to their free or paid hosting accounts by redirecting it. Thus they can save both money and time and get rid off questions like 'How Can U'

 

It is because the domain extension you are referring does look cheap.

 

They are cheap for you as long as your domain name registrar willing provide them for free for you.
That could be good for your personal web sites only.

 

ok assume u start with keyword.TK and starts promoting , working

what will u do if keyword.TLD registered by some other guy while u promoting ? so better register and develop and sell

 

Later u can register your domain for a very low price if needed.

 

Its a risk. What if things work out and the site goes very well and in the meantime someone else has registered the domian..
If the site fails youll lose a few dollars, if it goes well there a lot to earn...
