WHY don't my ads show??

This is my first Adwords campaign and i'm having problems getting impressions, infact ZERO! I've tried various combinations of keywords, some with little competition, and have allowed Google to place my bids. I've also tried different max bids, but still no joy.

What am i doing wrong??

 

I have the same problem. Actually the quality score is OK, but the ads don't show up at all.

Is your campaign active?

 

Sometimes It takes time to become the campaign active. They also randomly pick some of the campaign and send for manual review. I have also seen some of my ad groups get active after 2 or 3 days.
So don't worry, Your campaign will be active soon or else you can send them an email or ask live support. I am sure they will help.

 

For search it should take a few hrs to show whereas for content it can take a few days. Make sure your bids are high enough and set of daily budget low.

 

I usually email Google to ask why I am getting no impressions. This seems to speed thing up.

 

Bid to low or you accoutn is flagged for some reason do live chat with google adwords rep they can tell you why atleast vaguely will tell you
