why dont i make a flash games site!!!!!!!!!!!

yeah im gonna scrap having it on a sub doamin,as it will take forever and the sites will prob blacklist me.
The reason i cant buy even the cheapest domain is cos im not old enough to get paypal and my parents dint have it and wouldnt exactlybotheras they wont even know what a domain is lol

looks like im gonna have to enter domain competitions etc

what do you need to do when you have a domain do you

get a flash games script and get flash games and upload them and it organises them for you or what?

edit: i now have a av ardcade script with loadsa files what the hell do i do with it now?

 

Should have went with my suggestions from the start .

First, you will need to get a prepaid credit card from WalMart or your local bank. Use this card to buy a domain of your choice at www.namecheap.com - then buy hosting. I use www.lunarpages.com for hosting.

Next, download an FTP program. I use SmartFTP, and it is free. (Google SmartFTP).

Use the FTP program to transfer all of the files for the arcade script to your web server, and follow the installation instructions that came with the script.

 

Install a development server. If your on windows downoad wamp its free


Install and customise all your scripts on your local web server with PHP + MYSQL then when youre happy, get the domain and upload your files.

 

im gonna try find where i can get a free flash games pack first before getting a domain these are the instructions for the script(its a free script i got)

Isn't installing a full local web server a little advanced for him right now? Things might have changed since I installed a local web server a few years back. It was hell installing it

This is why you need a domain. Very few free subdomain hosts will give you access to a database.

you will get a database once you get the proper hosting and a domain name. This is why I told you that subdomain hosts more than likely will not be able to run a script you might want to install.

Yes. But, it has been years since I've even had free hosting.

When I needed free hosting a long time back, I used www.LifelessPeople.com - you can post to get hosting. (And you can get your own domain hosted there too, not just a subdomain)
