Why don't I get Subscribers to my blog.

This is the biggest problem that has bothered me from a lot of time. I get a lot of traffic to my blog (http://www.geekywood.com). It is a blog about gadgets, software, resources, tools etc. I get about 2000 uniques and 3500 page views per day, but I don't get any subscribers. I only have more than just a hundred readers. Can you please tell me where the problem is. And also, a lot of people keep un-subscribing my blog. I can't figure out what the problem is.

you could use signature links like you have used here. but you have to diversify your place of posting the links. i think links can do wonders when used at right places.

try to conduct some feed subscription contests that will bring in more subscribers..
and prefer email subscription cos ppl who subscribe via email have less probability of unsubscribing than RSS readers :D
