It's because there are some private section where newbies with less than 10 posts are not allowed to post
may also, you can get out first and then go to the forum with repeated re-enter your username and password

I had this same problem initially but after 10 posts and sometime the restriction was removed. This is a great website with tons of helpful info and advice.
You may want to post more on different topics. The administrators would watch over you about your post. Make sure they are contributing the topic.
