Why domain parking companies have really offshore IP's?

    Always when I make a typo, I see that the parked domain is in Bahamas or Cayman Islands. Why these domain parking companies decide for having their servers or at least appear to have them in those "exotic" countries?

    they may be want to backup with possible TM disputes which may arise due to parking ads
