Why Doesn't Angies List Show Reviews In Search Engines?

    Of course if you Google'd Angies list you would get to the home page, but if you google for a plumber in Washington DC you won't see any Angies list directory listings. Does Angies list not put it's reviews in Search engine?:confused:

    I would assume since you have to pay to see the listings on Angie's list that they have programmed the site so that Google and the other search engines do not index those pages. After all, why would anyone pay to access the listings if they could simply Google them instead?

    YMC is right. Because Angies list charges users (not business owners) to see the reviews
