How bout include paypal in that poll? i really hope google give an option to cash out earnings to any electronic payment thus minimum payout could be lower
I don't think PayPal wold be an option anytime soon because Google and Ebay are competitors in offering payment systems. One thing which Google should pay more attention to is the use of Western Union for the global publishers. At present, they offer this choice to a few countries and if they offer this to all publishers throughout the world, that would be excellent.
