Wrong title, What I mean is "Why doesn't Adsense do Paypal payouts"?

Guys, what could be the reason Adsense don't consider Paypal as a payout option? Got anything in mind? Should they do Paypal payouts? Hope you include advantages and disadvantages. Thanks

Maybe they are going to use Google Checkout in the future?

What Will mentioned is correct. Google always have plans to use their own payment processor. Maybe GC implementation is still in the pipeline. That's why paypal is not in the picture at all.

I think they can't afford the PayPal FEES :D lol

Yah, it will be a good idea to put PayPal in Google Adsense payment option. But I think they rather have Google check out instead of paypal.

Paypal/Ebay is Google's competitor, just as Microsoft is, just as Firefox is, not to mention Yahoo. Remember Google want to take over the online world, and are in a great position to do so. Monopolisation is happening at an increasing rate in many markets around the globe right now due to a mix of the power of brand image and the power of marketing.

Google is like any corporation, they want as much profit as they can yet at the same time want to portray an image of being your friend and want to expand slowly to stop governments getting suspicious.

Google using Paypal is like me buying links for my competitors sites, completely against their self-interests.

Google is not using Paypal. To know why, search the many threads already on Adsense.

    Peace,

I'm not familiar with google checkout but I know you can use it to make payments online, it is like an online wallet too? It's cool if adsense will do some google checkout payouts. Thanks

simple, paypal is competitor to Google checkout. so, they want to stick with google checkout in future. also, if you are getting cheque or bank transfer for your payment from google, you are liable to pay taxes for that. so they will not face any problem.

Well Google has always something in mind to raise money just like anybody else Although Google Ads is free of service charge there is still disadvantages I have a short list of it....

    * Your site needs to be approved by Google
    * There are restrictions on ad placement
    * You have no control over the ad content
    * If a visitor clicks though and makes a sale you do not benefit
    * You only receive pennies per click
    :)

Because they are from different owners...well paypal is for ebay and Adsense is for Google...The disadvantages I have here was the disadvantage of using Adsense from google...I just Included it in order for you to realize that there are other advertising affiliate you could use aside from the popular google and ebay

Although Google Ads is a free service there are some disadvantages, for example

    * Your site needs to be approved by Google
    * There are restrictions on ad placement
    * You have no control over the ad content
    * If a visitor clicks though and makes a sale you do not benefit
    * You only receive pennies per click
