    Why yahoo use txt sitemap not use in xml format same google ... it's seem to old format ... i'm just want to know ?

    type is not important i think. if the bot see all the links, that would be fine for a search engine.

    Yahoo use .txt file for the sitemap, because txt file is much light in weight than comaprison of html and xml format.
