Why does Yahoo have the better free email than Msn but not a better im.

    Is it only me who thinks that they should update there instant messanger a little more and email a little less.:confused:

    I think Yahoo Messenger is better than MSN's. I use Yahoo Messenger a lot more.

    In my view both email and IM are good and i am confused about your query. Do you want yahoo to improve their IM more? In which way do you mean it? Any suggestions or ideas for new features? Even i would love to see Yahoo! IM (with unique useful, helpful features).

    I have only used Google services. But I have seen Yahoo and MSn ones. Complicated and full of advertisements. Never see the simplicity of Google services.
