Why does voucher only work one time per account?

Hi guys,

I have a question, I got my adword account several years ago and I used a voucher I got from one of mine webhosts and a year later I got one more but it wont work. It says my account is to old for voucher and when I ask google they are telling me that only 1 voucher per account can be used. Isnt that strange?

No, it's not strange at all. The vouchers are an introductory offer for new customers.

 

Okey I did not know that, I guess google could delete the voucher field in the admin for those that have used it once, I got one for $90 that I dont know what to do with =/

 

If multiple vouchers allowed in adwords, then google have to stop adwords business.

They will go broke if they let you use more then one voucher.

 

Because Adwords vouchers is used for new customers only. If you are old customer and you still can use vouchers, how Google will be paid ? Unless you are Google Adwords Qualified Partner, sometimes you can use more than 1 Adwords Voucher

 

It always seems you get a better voucher once you have already used one.

 

They want to use the voucher to try to get new customers to try out adwords.. ex mom n pop local flower shop. It isn't their intention to give customers already using adwords a discount.

 

no it is not - they d not give away free advertisement to somebody who is already paying for using adwords or have tried it for free before

 

If they let you use more then one voucher.google have to stop adwords business

 

The voucher is only for one time use and your account has to be no older than 15 days.
