Why does Tradedoubler suck?

    Is it just me or does Tradedoubler suck? I drive a pile of traffic their way and yet it just doesn't convert ... at all. Well, maybe rarely, but comparitive affiliate networks convert like crazy!

    I suspect it is spyware-blocking software that prevents cookie dropping or erases them entirely that might be to blame but I don't know. Great for the advertisers because they never have to cough up commission and great for Tradedoubler because websites still run the ads but speaking for myself, I've had enough of the crappy conversion rates.

    I'm talking 1 tradedoubler conversion v's 60 or 70 other affiliate network conversions. That's final sales, not click-throughs or impressions so you get an idea of the type of traffic I'm talking about.

    C'mon Tradedoubler, do something about this!
    <end rant>

    Did you visit the sale pages of the actual sites you are promoting through TradeDoubler? Maybe they have lousy sites that don't convert anyway...

    Of course I do. I wouldn't put them up otherwise. ;)
    Obviously, I can't comment on the landing pages converting since I don't know. What I do know is that Tradedoubler v's other affiliates has a ratio of about 1:60 ~ crap!

    You should send them an email and ask them to explain why ;)
