Why does this site look jacked up on certain computers?

I've been getting feedback from people that this site I made isn't displaying properly. It looks fine on the two computers I own and also on the computer of the guy who I made the site for. Which is why I didn't know there was a problem until now. The first time someone complained I thought it was just a isolated incident that had something to do with their computer. But now a lot more people have viewed the site and several people have complained about the same thing. From what people have told me everything is jumbled up and not following the layout like it's supposed to.

The site is http://www.luckyduct.net. I was hoping some of you guys would take a look at the site let me know how it looks on your computer. Also any tips on what I should do to fix this would also be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

The green box to the left is not within the blue sidebar, its overlapping the edge.
Is the image in the center top supposed to be moving? It looks strange and jerky.
The type face is too big too IMO.
    Hope that helps.

Different browsers (firefox, IE etc) display code differently so some sites appear differently. Take this to the html section for more advice

I'm going to be switching out that animated gif with something else soon. Just as soon as the guy gives me the picture.
