When Turkey had devastating earth quakes, we sent help. When tsunamis hit, we sent help. The America I know, has always been generous. Hell, we even gave support to the palestine territories, which they probably used to buy suicide belts and rockets. America don't so much "support" Israel as they "use" them. The first thing they use them for is control in the middle east. When you have the only nuclear power in the region in your back pocket you pretty much have the whole region in your back pocket. The second way they use them is to start "end times". Evangelical end timers in america think that for end times to come about, Rapture to begin, The tribulation to start and the second coming to occur all the jews have to go home and have a massive war.
