Why does the price of google voucher is increasing?

Few weeks ago I have saw google of 75$ vouchers for a price 2-3$, now it costs about 8-10$. Why has it increased?

When there is a shortage of vouchers prices will go up and sometimes double or even triple depending on availability and demand.

This is normal and happens with every product in this world.
