i am sorry for your account limitations.. i am having dynamic IP as well, but i have not been limited becouse of it.. but i have went through a few limited access..

Just give them some account verification and you will be fine..

You can take a look at my Paypal limited access case study as well .. i gave this away to my subscribers, so it had some links to my own products.. for you i have disabled the links ;)

Which country are you from ? If you are accessing the account from an unsupported paypal country or using an anonymizing proxy, it can cause problem.

Are you using a proxy ? If so, you might want to disable it.

I take it that you registered it as an Indian account and verify it with an Indian-bank issued Credit card ?

Third Party Access basically means that someone else is accessing your account, this could be so if your IP address varies very widely like the first two octets of the IP address changes.

If you access from different ISPs, contact Paypal and tell them where you will be accessing from and what your IP blocks would be. The first two octets of the IP address should not change for the same ISP even if it is dynamic assigned IPs.

How do you know your account wasn't accessed by anyone else?

You aren't logging all activity on your account like IP address etc.

Paypal doesn't need any reason to limit accounts really. The hit me with some ridiculous claim and then tried to keep my money for 180 days.

They do random checks of account phone #s, addresses and other info such as the cc's you have attached to your account. I have gotten a random call before. And they've booted a cc that was a pre-paid card before. Doing grey or shady things with them can get you limited very quickly. Or it might take a while. Not saying you are doing anything grey..but people try to cut corners on here with things such as VCC's and then they wonder why they get busted.
